Shipping policy

We’ll ship the same day if order confirmation is received before 11AM (Eastern Time)

Otherwise, orders are processed within 1 business day after we receive the order confirmation notification (Except weekends/holidays). You’ll receive an email notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number

Once packages are scanned by the carrier it will take a few hours for the tracking information to update

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer Free USPS Standard shipping on all domestic orders (About 3 to 6 days delivery, depending on location)

Domestic orders over $80.00 will be shipped by Priority Mail for FREE.

Domestic Free Shipping includes all 50 US states, DC and territories

You’ll have the option to buy expedited shipping at checkout…See options below

USPS Priority Mail: Around $9.00 (about 2 to 3 days delivery, depending on location)

USPS Priority Mail Express: Around $28.00 (About 2 days delivery, to most locations)

(Carriers may increase rates slightly during holiday season…October to December 31st)

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after confirmation. Please be aware that once the carrier has your package it’s outside of our control. Delays may happen due to unforeseen events such as weather, carrier mistakes, or issues related to COVID-19. International Shipping

Shipping options are available at checkout. Prices and delivery estimates are calculated according to service chosen and country location

International buyers are responsible for shipping costs and all Import duties and taxes (Including VAT). Most VAT fees range at around 20% of the total cost (sales price plus shipping)

(EU) New European Union rules for imported goods

All goods imported to the EU (Including goods from the US) valued at up to 150 Euros (approximately $178USD) will be subject to VAT (Around 20%).

Items valued at more than 150 Euros will be subject to both VAT and Import Duties

(UK) United Kingdom

Shipping is NOT available to the UK at this time. (UK = England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

About Taxes/VAT & Import Duties:

We do not collect and repass import duties and/or taxes (including VAT). Your package will be shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

How DDU delivery Works:

When your package arrives at your local post office, they will send you a notification requesting you to go pick it up. (You usually have 15 days to pick up the package)

When picking up the package (In the EU countries for example) you will be required to pay Taxes/VAT if it’s valued at up to 150 Euros (Includes item price + Shipping). If valued at more 150 Euros you’ll be required to pay both VAT and Import Duties in order to retrieve it

You must keep track of your package in case your local post office notification fails to reach you. (They may return or discard your package after 15 days)
