Refund policy
Return requests will be considered within 14 days of the purchase date. If approved, the item must be returned in the same condition you received. Unused, undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. (Except for wrong, defective/damaged item sent to buyer)
Additionally, our cost of shipping the item to buyer will be deducted from refund. (Except for wrong, defective/damaged item sent to buyer)
To request a return, please email us at pscproducts@yahoo.com. Please write “Return request” on the subject line, and provide a reason for the request. If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package to. Items sent back without a return request and acceptance will not be considered for refund.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. The fastest you let us know the fastest we’ll be able to resolve the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
International orders
Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside of the United States. Foreign buyers are encouraged to contact us for questions on our products, before purchasing, to ensure they’re buying the correct item. We’ll try our best to respond to inquiries within 24 hours of receiving it.
